FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: What are the 'Bad End Friends'?
A: The Bad End Friends (or BEF) is an AU (Alternate Universe/Fan-made) Concept in which various characters from animated or illustrated media have suffered a "Bad Ending." It has cost them the rest of their lives, trapped within their current tragic and twisted state. They band together and become a group of mischievous trouble makers across the multiverse.
Q: What counts as a 'Bad End Friend'?
A: Every character on the Characters page is a current BEF. You can also read the BEF Worthy Rules, it has the exact specifications for what is and isn't a Bad End Friend.
Q: How can I suggest/add a character?
A: Go to the Character Suggestions page, and comment on the character you want to add (please add details on the characters as well). Once permission is granted, you are able to press the top right button labeled 'add' and create the page for the character. Copy and paste the template from The Template Page including the Infobox, then start writing away.
Q: How can I help this Wiki?
A: 1.) Spread the word, share it with your friends and or family, currently, there's been a slow decline in the popularity of the fandom.
2.) Another thing you can do is help clean the Stub pages, these pages have missing information and are in an incomplete state, you can help us by expanding them.
3.) Credit uncredited Artists, if you see a piece of Fan-Art that doesn't credit its original artist, you can try to help us credit it to them and link it to their account, whether it's on DeviantArt, on a personal blog, or on Tumblr.
4.) Lastly, we're currently implementing a new idea of adding a clip for the transformation of a character onto their individual pages. Check out TypicalStart's profile to see the progress. If you have a clip of a character's transformation who doesn't already have a clip, send the link of it over to TypicalStart's Wall, and caption it with "[Character name] Transformation Clip."
Q: Someone vandalized a page, how can I fix it?
A: Click the upside-down triangle button next to the edit button on the page, then click "History." You will see a timeline of all of the page's past iterations. Click "undo" next to the current version.
Q: My image/video isn't uploading
A: This is a pretty common bug. If your image/video isn't uploading onto a page, click the 3 dotted button on the top right next to "Add" and "Wiki Activity." Then click "Add new image/video," once your image or video is added, open up a new tab, go to the page where you wanted to add the image/video onto, and you should be able to add it without a problem.
(Note: Videos can currently only be uploaded via YouTube, so be wary; your video may be blocked if it contains copyrighted material.)
Q: My message/comment can't be posted
A: Once again, a pretty common bug. However, this time there isn't much of a solution to it, the best thing you can do is wait it out and then try to post it again.
